LINDSEY SCUDDER, D.V.M
Dr. Lindsey Scudder is a Rockford native. She graduated from Rockford High School, and completed her undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University, before finishing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in 2017. Following vet school, Dr. Scudder started her career at a large, fast-paced general practice. She developed skillsets to treat the medical needs of brachycephalic breeds, handle common pet emergencies, and perform non-routine soft tissue surgeries. Dr. Scudder also offers a robust knowledge base in canine reproduction. She enjoys performing C-sections and helping assist in breeding plans. She hopes to play an integral role in building a responsible breeding program with her clients. Dr. Scudder also has special interests in soft tissue surgery and ophthalmology. She is thankful to have the responsibility of caring for pets, advocating for them to their owners, and strengthening the human animal bond in their families. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, being outside, and caring for her ever-growing hobby farm that includes two dogs (an Australian Shepherd named Wrigley and a Golden Retriever named Dixie), several chickens, and two goats!
